A wild Pinsir appears! I modeled Pinsir as part of a 3D print commission and decided I would turn it into a render. I used a combination of Maya and Zbrush for the Pinsir model. The environment elements are all Maya paint effects that I modified the shading network of using Mental Ray nodes, so it would work with Arnold render. I also added some extra nodes to allow me to control the color values and recycle the maps for bump maps and specular. I rigged him as well, so there might be an animation to come in the future. For now, check out the marmoset viewer, I made an idle Animation for him.
