Pachirisu

I had fun exploring some new techniques on this project. Getting the pose just right was a process. I utilized Maya’s rigging tools to get the initial position, then used Maya’s sculpting tools paired with blend shapes to achieve the final pose. This was also my 1st time utilizing Arnold’s Atmospheric Volume environment effect. I am really impressed with the results Arnold produces. I created all elements in this scene. The main character was modeled and textured in Zbrush, retopologized and posed in Maya. I modeled the leaves and trees using Maya and textured them using a combination of Photoshop and Zbrush.
