Nashville Zoo — Enrichment Spaces & Interactive Props

I created and set dressed a series of enrichment spaces used as interactive living areas for the player’s animals in Nashville Zoo’s mobile AR experience. These spaces combined themed environment assets, enrichment structures, and interactive props designed for the animals to inhabit and engage with.

My responsibilities included asset creation, modeling, texturing, scene layout, set dressing, optimization, and Unity implementation. The work required balancing readable composition and visual variety with the performance limitations of a mobile real-time experience.

This case study shows several of the enrichment spaces in context, along with selected layout and asset-production breakdowns.

This space was part of an interactive pet system where players could purchase themed sets, toys, and food using in-game currency. I was responsible for set dressing and for creating many of the enrichment objects and supporting props. Existing environment
